I aim to ship within 48 hours of any order unless it is a custom order, in which case I will ship within 4 weeks, hopefully sooner, but it depends on the individual order.
I offer postage options depending on the value of the contents of the package.
UK
2nd class small package up to 2kg and under £20 - £3.50 untracked
1st class small package up to 2kg and under £20 - £4.20 untracked
1st class signed for small package up to 2kg - £5.40 tracked value up to £50
2nd class signed for small package up to 2kg - £4.70 tracked value up to £50
My packaging is all made from recycled material which is itself recyclable.
All the purchases from outside the U.K. may be liable for customs/import charges. All Import Charges remain the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your country/regions postal service to see details of what charges you may incur.
Products are delivered to the address specified by the customer on the purchase order and only to geographic zones that we service. I shall not be held responsible for failure of delivery where an incorrect address has been provided and additional charges may apply for redelivery of an order.
All products leave our premises in perfect condition.
Returns/Lost Items
I will accept returns within 14 days provided the goods are unused, skeins are intact and not wound into balls, and in their original packaging i.e. fit for resale. The buyer is responsible for return postage charges and selecting sufficient cover for the goods. Please contact me before purchase if you have any questions - I will be delighted to advise you on any yarns/fibres/projects etc. Please email me first if you wish to return something. If the yarn is unsaleable I will be unable to issue a refund.
I only take responsibility for lost items which have been tracked and signed for up to the amounts listed above. If you select a lower postage rate I can only cover up to the amount stated.
