Refund policy
I will accept returns within 14 days provided the goods are unused, skeins are intact and not wound into balls, and in their original packaging i.e. fit for resale. The buyer is responsible for return postage charges and selecting sufficient cover for the goods. Please contact me before purchase if you have any questions - I will be delighted to advise you on any yarns/fibres/projects etc. Please email me first if you wish to return something. If the yarn is unsaleable I will be unable to issue a refund.
I only take responsibility for lost items which have been tracked and signed for up to the amounts listed above. If you select a lower postage rate I can only cover up to the amount stated.
